1/2tsOregano ;or thyme leaves

Place vegetables in shallow dish, in small bowl or jar, mix remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables. Cover. Refrigerate 6 hours. Stirring occasionaly. SUGGESTED VEGETABLES: Cauliflower, carrots, Mushroom, Cherry Tomatoes, Brussel sprout, Broccoli flowerette, Zucchine, Onions,Cucumbers. TIPS: Recipe can be double.
